Shipping Methods

For your convenience, your order is usually shipped by the cooperating courier company, ACS COURIER & ELTA, either at your place or at the store of your choice. Shipments with a transport company are made in case of orders that are considered bulky, something about which you are automatically informed when completing your order. In this case (transport) there is no option to choose the cash on delivery service.

* For areas which are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport), the delivery will take place at the nearest cooperating store.

Orders placed on rehome.gr during business days until 15.00 and provided that the product is immediately available, are released from the store on the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 working days for urban, land destinations, 1-3 working days for island destinations and can reach up to 5 working days, for areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport). The above delivery times have been estimated approximately and vary in cases of force majeure (eg extreme weather events etc.).

For orders that include products that are not immediately available, after the order, we will contact you by phone to inform you about their delivery time.

For your convenience, we quote in the footer of our website the links of the cooperating courier companies. There, you can, with the number of your order, search for your shipment.

Sending orders from € 100.00 and over, is free of charge for shipping costs, for all destinations of the main courier network that we work with. Orders up to € 100.00 are charged with shipping costs € 2.50 including VAT. There is no extra charge related to weight or remote areas. For bulky products shipped with a shipping company, you are informed by phone about the shipping charge, as they are not part of the same policy. In case of cash on delivery (for orders up to 50 €) the cost of the service is 2.50 € including VAT. (if it exceeds them, the cash on delivery method is not available).

For the residents of Cyprus the cost is € 18.00 for a package weighing 2 kilos and a surcharge of € 3.00 for each additional kilo (these prices are valid only if the order has been paid by credit card or by deposit in its account company).
